The brief

Varner Injury Advocates came to us in the middle of a transition, moving on from its former identity as Varner Faddis. A name change is one of the riskier moments in a firm's life online: handled badly, it fractures the brand across a dozen half-updated places and confuses the exact people the firm is trying to reach. The firm needed a clean, deliberate rebrand that presented a single, consistent, professional identity everywhere, on a site that was faster and better hosted than what it was leaving behind.

What we built

We delivered a full digital rebrand and website redesign, migrated the hosting, and stayed on to manage the result. The rebrand established the firm's new positioning as a personal injury advocacy brand and carried it through the site with care. The work has included:

  • A full digital rebrand with an updated visual identity
  • Refined typography and redesigned key pages
  • Updated chat widget colors to match the new identity
  • Homepage typography consistency extended across the site, with legacy font styling removed
  • Pixelated logos replaced with high-resolution versions
  • A hosting migration to a faster, more reliable setup
  • Ongoing managed website services to keep the new brand consistent as the firm grows
  • Law firm website redesign
  • Branding
  • Ongoing managed website services and hosting

The outcome so far

The firm made the transition with a more consistent and professional identity intact, on a faster site it no longer has to worry about. What a rebrand is worth shows up over time, in recognition and in conversion, and those specifics are left as placeholders below until we can report measured, attributed numbers.

The full scope of work

Varner Injury Advocates is a personal injury law firm that transitioned from its previous identity as Varner Faddis into a refreshed, modern brand. Inovista supported the firm through a complete digital rebrand, website redesign, ongoing managed website services, and a final hosting migration to client-owned infrastructure.

Rebrand & Website Redesign

As part of the firm’s transition from Varner Faddis to Varner Injury Advocates, Inovista executed a full digital rebrand across the website. The work included updating the site’s visual identity, redesigning key pages, refining typography, and aligning page-level layouts with the firm’s new name, positioning, and brand direction.

The redesign ensured that the website presented a more consistent and professional identity while clearly reflecting the firm’s updated focus as a personal injury advocacy brand.

Managed Website Services

Ongoing managed services for Varner Injury Advocates covered a wide range of website maintenance, quality improvements, and brand consistency updates.

Key work included:

Updating chat widget colors to match the firm’s brand palette.
Verifying MailChimp DNS records, including CNAME and TXT records.
Extending homepage typography styles across interior pages for consistency.
Removing remaining legacy Varner Faddis font styling from the site.
Replacing pixelated logos in the footer and case results sections with high-resolution assets.
Installing and configuring the site favicon.

These updates helped improve the site’s visual consistency, technical accuracy, and overall user experience across all major pages.

Hosting Migration & Offboarding

At the conclusion of the engagement, Inovista completed a full website offboarding and hosting transfer. The Varner Injury Advocates website was migrated from the previous managed hosting environment to the client’s own independently managed hosting infrastructure.

This ensured the client had full control over their website environment while preserving the integrity, structure, and functionality of the completed website.
