The brief
Mirador Law is a women-led personal injury and civil rights firm with offices in Oakland, Newark, and Pleasanton, handling serious injury, wrongful death, and civil rights matters across California. A firm like this needs a website that carries two things at once: the warmth to reassure someone in the worst week of their life, and the authority to be taken seriously against far larger competitors. The redesign had to feel compassionate without feeling soft, and it had to work across three locations rather than one.
What we built
We delivered a compassionate brand and website redesign and have stayed on to manage the site. The redesign gave the firm a consistent visual identity built into the site itself, and the ongoing work has kept it accurate, secure, and converting. That work has included:
- Location-specific corrections across all three Bay Area offices so each reads correctly
- Attorney profile updates and staff page organization
- A form infrastructure audit with Clio integration, so intake actually lands where the firm works
- Spam prevention with CAPTCHA on the firm's forms
- A BBB accreditation badge installed as a trust signal
- Brand color variables implemented in CSS, so the identity stays consistent everywhere and is easy to maintain
- Updated attorney headshots and a replaced homepage video banner
- Law firm website redesign
- Branding
- Ongoing managed website services
The outcome so far
The firm has a brand that matches the compassion of its practice, a site engineered to turn visitors into consultation requests, and a maintenance partner keeping all three locations correct. The engagement's conversion impact is left as a placeholder below until we can publish a measured, attributed figure rather than a convenient one.

The full scope of work
Mirador Law is a women-led personal injury and civil rights firm operating across three Bay Area locations — Oakland, Newark, and Pleasanton. The firm handles serious injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases throughout California, with a growing team of attorneys and a strong digital presence anchored at miradorlaw.com. Inovista provides ongoing managed website services for Mirador, handling a continuous stream of updates, new builds, technical fixes, and brand infrastructure work each month.
Ongoing managed services for Mirador Law have spanned site-wide maintenance and accuracy fixes across all three office locations — including phone number corrections, attorney profile ordering, staff page alignment with navigation hierarchy, and Facebook profile link updates. Form infrastructure was audited and improved to ensure all submissions route correctly into Clio, the firm's case management platform, and CAPTCHA was added across all forms to address spam volume. BBB accreditation badge installation was coordinated following the firm's approval, with the badge placed on-site and linked to the live BBB profile. Brand color variables from the firm's official brand guide were added to the site's CSS to ensure accurate detection by Brandfetch and consistency across all digital touchpoints. Attorney headshots from the firm's media day were updated across the relevant profile pages, and the homepage video banner was swapped to the client-approved version with an updated hero fallback image.
