The seven pages behind the work
Each one sets out the method, the deliverables and the honest limits. No Google Ads: our attention stays on the website and the organic and AI search visibility your firm owns.
Law Firm Web Design
Law firm web design built to convert visitors into signed cases. A focused studio for attorney and lawyer website design: conversion-first, mobile-first, and built on real legal marketing experience, not a template mill.
Website Development
Law firm website development that engineers your design into a fast, stable, custom-built site. Performance, CMS, intake and call-tracking integrations, and rescue rebuilds for firms stuck on slow or broken sites.
Website Redesign
Law firm website redesign that lifts conversions and rebuilds your site without losing search rankings. Restructure the information architecture, migrate safely, and turn an aging site into a case engine.
Law Firm SEO
Law firm SEO that ranks lawyers and attorneys for the searches that bring cases. How Google ranks firms, what the work involves, what it costs, and how to choose an agency, from a studio that prices in public.
AI Search Optimization
AI search optimization that gets your law firm cited by ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. What AEO is, how AI engines choose sources, and how to be the answer they surface.

How we work
One firm per market
We do not build competing sites in the same market. When we take a firm in a city and practice area, that slot is theirs.
Website first, then growth
A ranking that lands on a page that does not convert wastes the click. We get the website right first, then turn on the search work.
Priced in public
Our packages and prices are published. You can scope the work and see the cost before you ever talk to us.
Real numbers only
Sites are wired to call tracking and intake, so results are measured. Where we have no verified number, we leave it blank.

Let's build something that grows.
Move your cursor. Then let's talk about moving your numbers.
Start a project →Inovista is a website studio for law firms. The services below fall into two connected layers: the website itself, and the search work that brings the right people to it. We sell them as one system rather than six line items, because the failure mode below is what happens when they are bought separately.
Most firms assemble this from three suppliers. A web shop that has never thought about how a page ranks. An SEO vendor that emails a rankings PDF. And an office manager doing intake between other jobs. Each part works in isolation. The system does not.
| Workstream | What ships | The thing it moves |
|---|---|---|
| Web design | Fast, conversion-first site with practice-area architecture and real intake plumbing | Landing page conversion rate |
| Development | Clean semantic build, Core Web Vitals budget, structured data, an editable CMS | Page speed and crawlability |
| Redesign and rebuilds | A migration on a full redirect map, with rankings monitored through launch | Rankings retained through the move |
| Law firm SEO | Technical fixes, Google Business Profile work, practice-area and city pages | Non-brand organic and map pack contacts |
| AI search optimization | Answer-first passages, entity and schema clarity, crawler access | Citations in AI answers |
Not every firm needs all of it on day one. A firm with a strong site and no visibility needs one thing. A firm on a dated site that will not convert needs another. The full menu is above, and the sequencing section further down explains how we decide what goes first.
Law firm web design
The website is where every other hour of work either converts or dies. Unbounce puts the median legal landing page conversion rate at 6.3 percent, against 6.6 percent across all industries, and finds legal mobile visitors converting at 21 percent versus 15.9 percent on desktop (Unbounce Conversion Benchmark Report). The mobile experience is not a secondary concern for a law firm. It is the experience.
Page architecture that actually ranks
A home page, one hub page per practice area, a child page per sub-practice, a city page per market you genuinely serve, attorney bios written for humans, case results, and a blog that answers real questions. Sub-practice pages are the ones that earn traffic. Nobody searches for a general injury lawyer as often as they search for a rear-end collision or a nursing home fall.
Every page we ship includes:
- A phone number that is a tap target on mobile, visible without scrolling
- A form that posts to the CRM in real time, not to an inbox nobody watches
- Core Web Vitals in the green on a mid-range Android phone on LTE, not on your laptop
- Schema markup for the firm, the service, and the FAQ block
- One clear next action per page, and no competing chat widget stealing the click
- Copy that names the jurisdiction, the fee structure, and what happens after they call
Details are on the law firm web design page, and recent work is in our portfolio.
Website development
A design is only as good as the build under it. We engineer attorney websites to load fast, stay stable, and give search engines and AI answer engines something clean to read: semantic markup, a Core Web Vitals budget set at the start rather than patched at the end, structured data built in rather than bolted on, and a CMS your team can actually update without calling us.

Website redesign and rebuilds
A redesign should win more cases, not reset your search visibility to zero. The risk in a rebuild is not the design, it is the migration: URLs that change without a redirect, content quietly dropped, internal links rebuilt from scratch. We run a full crawl and URL inventory before anything moves, map every old URL to its replacement, carry the content and links across deliberately, and watch rankings through launch and after.

Law firm SEO
Organic is the only channel where the cost per case falls over time instead of rising. It also has the harshest distribution curve, which is why the top of the page is worth so much more than the middle of it.
| Position | Organic CTR | Map pack CTR |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 39.8 percent | 17.6 percent |
| 2 | 18.7 percent | 15.4 percent |
| 3 | 10.2 percent | 15.1 percent |
| 4 | 7.2 percent | not applicable |
| 5 | 5.1 percent | not applicable |
| 10 | 1.6 percent | not applicable |
Source: First Page Sage, updated May 2025. Two things follow. Position five is worth roughly an eighth of position one organically, so ranking on page one is not the goal. And the map pack is flatter, with third place worth 86 percent of first place, which makes local a far more forgiving place to compete for a firm with fewer links.
Our SEO work runs on three tracks. Technical: crawlability, index bloat, internal linking, page speed. Local: Google Business Profile categories, service areas, review velocity, and a real city page behind every location claim, which is what the locations directory is for. And content: practice-area depth written by people who understand the claim, not spun from a template.
The full method is on the law firm SEO page, the local method on local SEO for law firms, and the injury-specific version on personal injury lawyer SEO.
AI search optimization
More clients now ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or Perplexity before they ever open a results page. Being cited in that answer is a different job from ranking, and it rests on the same foundation: clear, deep, genuinely useful content on a fast, well-built site, plus the structure that lets a machine quote it.
That means answer-first passages a model can lift, entity and schema clarity about who the firm is and what it does, and crawler access that is actually open rather than blocked by a well-meaning firewall rule. More on AI search optimization.
Tracking and reporting
Most firms cannot tell you what a signed case cost them, because the phone call and the retainer live in different systems.
We install dynamic number insertion so every visitor sees a number tied to their source, push every form and call into the CRM with the source attached, and reconcile signed cases back to first touch each month. The monthly report is one page: contacts by source, qualified contacts by source, signed cases by source, and what we are changing next month. Where a number is not yet verified, it stays blank rather than being filled with something convenient.
How the work is sequenced
- Review, days 1 to 14. We go through your current site, your rankings, Search Console and the searches your clients are actually making. You get a written findings document with the problems ranked by what they cost you. Some firms stop here, fix three things themselves, and come back later. That is fine.
- Build, weeks 2 to 10. Architecture, copy, design, development and tracking run in parallel. A full site rebuild for a mid-size firm is eight to ten weeks; a targeted rebuild of a few practice-area pages is three.
- Launch, weeks 8 to 14. The migration runs on the redirect map, and rankings are monitored daily through the switch rather than checked a month later.
- Compound, month 4 onward. Content ships continuously and local signals build. Meaningful organic movement on competitive practice-area terms typically shows at month six to nine, not month two.
Practice areas we serve
Personal injury. Our deepest bench, and the most contested corner of legal search. A single signed case can outweigh a year of other work, which is exactly why the website and the search work both have to be sharper. Start at personal injury law firms.
Criminal defense. Short decision windows and heavy after-hours search. The winning firms answer at 2am and are clear about process on the site. See criminal defense law firms.
Family law. Long consideration cycles and emotionally cautious buyers. Content and reviews do more work here than anything else. See family law firms.
Other practice areas. Estate planning, immigration and business law all run on the same studio approach. What changes is how the client searches and how fast they decide.
What we do not do
- We do not run Google Ads, PPC or Local Services Ads, and no package includes ad spend or ad management.
- We do not guarantee rankings. Nobody controls Google's index, and any agency that promises position one is either guessing or planning to rank you for terms nobody searches.
- We do not resell shared leads. Buying the same lead that three competitors also bought is a different business, and it is not ours.
- We do not take two competing firms in the same practice area and market.
- We do not report on impressions or share of voice when a real contact number is available.
- We do not publish a result we cannot attribute, and we do not write copy that promises case outcomes. It is bad ethics and, in most states, a bar problem.
Pricing
We publish our prices rather than quoting them behind a sales call. Monthly search programs run $849, $999 and $1,299 depending on depth, and a one-time website redesign is $1,999, or $650 bundled with a monthly program. The full breakdown, including what each tier contains and the terms, is on the pricing page.
Publishing the numbers holds us to them and respects your time. If a package does not fit your market, we would rather tell you that than quote a figure nobody could check. Get in touch or call (724) 990-0572.
Frequently asked questions
What does Inovista actually do?
Two connected layers. The first is the website: the design, the build or rebuild, and the conversion path that turns a visitor into a call. The second is the growth layer: the SEO, local and AI search work that gets the right people to the site. We keep both under one roof, because a ranking that lands on a page which does not convert wastes the click, and a site nobody can find never gets the chance.
How much does it cost?
Our prices are published in full on the pricing page rather than quoted behind a sales call. Monthly search programs run $849, $999 and $1,299 depending on depth, and a one-time website redesign is $1,999, or $650 bundled with a monthly program. Those are the real prices, not starting points that climb once you are on a call.
Do you run Google Ads, PPC or Local Services Ads?
No, and we are candid about why. Paid search buys fast coverage, but it stops the moment you stop paying, and injury clicks in particular run into the hundreds of dollars each. Our work centres on the asset the firm keeps: the website and its organic and AI search visibility, which compound instead of resetting each month. If paid coverage matters to you, we will say so plainly, but it is not something we manage or mark up.
How long before we see results?
Technical fixes and Google Business Profile work can move local rankings inside a quarter. Meaningful movement on competitive practice-area terms typically shows at month six to nine, longer in a large contested metro, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. A website rebuild changes conversion from the day it launches, which is why we sequence the site first.
Do you guarantee first page rankings?
No. Nobody controls Google's index, and an agency that promises position one is either guessing or planning to rank you for terms nobody searches. We commit to the scope of work and to reporting that shows what actually moved.
Will you work with a firm that competes with mine?
No. We take one firm per market and practice area, and it goes in the agreement rather than being promised on a call. If we already work with a firm in your metro and practice area, we will tell you on the first call rather than after you send a deposit.
How do you measure results?
We wire sites to call tracking and intake, then report the leading indicators that predict case volume: rising impressions, keywords entering the top positions, and map pack movement, followed by the calls and signed cases that actually matter. Where a number is not yet verified, we show a placeholder rather than an invented figure.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Monthly programs run on a three-month minimum, then thirty days' notice. The website redesign is a one-time cost, not a recurring fee. You own the site, the domain, the content and the analytics from day one, and they leave with you.
Which practice areas do you work with?
Personal injury is our primary vertical, because injury search is the most competitive corner of legal marketing and the standards it demands carry over everywhere else. We also serve criminal defense and family law firms, among others. The approach is the same; what changes is how the client searches and how fast they decide.
What do you need from us to get started?
Admin access to the site, Google Analytics, Search Console and the Google Business Profile, one person who can approve work, and responses on drafts within a few business days. If a rebuild is in scope, we also need any content only the firm can supply, such as attorney bios and case results.
