The brief

Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead is a San Diego litigation firm that takes on complex matters: tort, professional liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. That kind of practice needs a website that reads as credible to a sophisticated audience and converts the visitors who arrive with a serious case. It also needs a site that stays accurate as the firm evolves, because a litigation site that drifts out of date works against the firm every day it stays wrong.

Lagasse Branch Bell + Kinkead is a San Diego-based litigation firm handling complex, high-stakes matters across tort, professional liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Inovista provides ongoing managed website services for LBBK, handling a continuous stream of content updates, structural fixes, and new feature implementations as the firm evolves.

Ongoing managed services for LBBK covered a range of site-wide fixes and content updates. A global navigation alignment issue affecting the menu bar's positioning relative to the logo was corrected across the entire site. On the Mediation page, the tab title and all references were standardized to read "Mediation" only, the right column was restructured to replace the existing Practice Areas section with a clean two-column layout featuring mediation case types reformatted as accordions, and a footnote styling issue was resolved by removing an errant underline and repositioning the superscript marker correctly after "peace of mind." The sidebar menu was updated to introduce Announcements as a main navigation item, with Partnership Announcement and Traci's Announcement nested beneath it as sub-items.
